Working closely with employers and employees we have helped hundreds of people overcome or manage their limitations in the workplace.

Dr Victor De Lima

MBChB FRCGP DRCOG AFOM – Director & Physician

I commenced occupational health training by gaining the Certificate in Industrial Health in 1985 at the University of Dundee. I then gained the Associateship of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine the following year. Previous posts held have included those of occupational health physician at Standard Life for 15 years, and Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh for over 40 years, as well as advisor to several smaller companies.

My special interests include occupational health in academia, and fitness for commercial diving (I am an HSE AMED); in these capacities I served as advisor to the Royal Geographical Society’s Shoals of Capricorn project in the 1990s.

I have also been in General Practice since 1979, and believe that the two medical disciplines augment each other. I derive great fulfilment from helping people attain their full capacities – be all you can be.
